analyze

To evolve the undergraduate brand, I analyzed changes in the primary recruitment tool—the viewbook. Initially monochromatic, the cover later transitioned to full color. Student profiles also evolved, with adjustments in photo sizes and shapes.

viewbook design

The new 2011 Admissions website embraced clean design with ample white space and rounded corners. To complement that design, I integrated negative space, maintained bold colors and typography, and emphasized photography and quotes to build an emotional connection, elevating the undergraduate brand and viewbook.

Redesign the 2011 viewbook to align with the new Admissions website, and evolve the look of the undergraduate brand. Ensure the viewbook is delivered within the fiscal year (within 4 weeks) and that it's within budget. Design, shoot new photography, and oversee production from concept to completion.
